Mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. It affects how we think, feel, and behave — as well as how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Good mental health isn’t about feeling happy all the time, but about being able to cope with life’s challenges and recover from setbacks.
